Founded in 2025 in Columbus, Ohio by a team of service-minded, youth -centered, community driven individuals, with social justice and advocacy underpinnings, we at Road 2 Recovery Treatment Center knew we desired to address a need in our local and neighboring communities.
From the moment the seed was planted, we’ve remained committed to providing quality care to each youth that enters our home. Our values revolve around providing youth within our communities with the tools needed to tackle mental and behavioral health obstacles from within.

Our Goals
Our goal at Road 2 Recovery Treatment Center is to provide a sanctuary for people in need that is clean, comfortable, and safe until other living arrangements are made. Our goal is to foster independence, offering guidance for life skills and day-to-day activities such as cleaning, bathing, washing, and other practical guidance. We aim to improve the health and wellbeing of each youth mentally, behaviorally, emotionally, and physically. At Road 2 Recovery treatment center we aim to develop and increase the self-esteem of the youth we serve as they may have experienced adverse events that have impacted their self-esteem negatively.
Our Compassionate Team
Our dedicated family of staff are passionate, highly trained, and deeply committed to providing ethical, compassionate, and individualized care. Each member brings unique strengths, lived experiences, and professional expertise, allowing us to meet our youth where they are to support meaningful growth. Great care begins with solid relationships, which means at R2RTC we prioritize collaboration with families, case managers, therapists, and the community which creates consistency for the youth we serve. We believe in evidence-based practices and ensure that we are culturally responsive. Rooted in community, we value social justice, advocacy, service and take pride in fostering a supportive workplace where staff feel valued, empowered, and inspired to lead with purpose. We are a family committed to helping youth grow and thrive!

Tee is an unconventional and visionary force whose life purpose is to serve. Passionate about children and mental health, Tee uses her work to confront complex intersections of adverse childhood experiences, community violence, and socioeconomic barriers and other forms of trauma.
